The Tempranillo grape ages in new 225L American oak barrels; while the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are aged in new 225L French oak barrels for 24 months. Later we mix the wine and bottle it. We keep that bottle for more than 7 years until it is ready to drink.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a wine that we only make in the best vintages , those that we know will achieve the power and elegance representative of the Ochoa Gran Reserva.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs the wine indicates, it is large , and for that reason, we bottle this wine in large formats for large celebrations : Magnum (150cl) 2010 vintage , Double Magnum 300cl . 2009 harvest . Both in a wooden box .\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith some vintages we bottle in even larger formats.
